Booking & Cancellation Policies
At Highbrow Beauty, we understand that life happens—but as a small business, last-minute changes make it difficult to accommodate other clients. To keep things fair for everyone, please review the following policies:
- Rescheduling & Cancellations – At least 72 hours’ notice is required for changes so the appointment can be offered to another client.
- Late Cancellations (less than 72 hours) – Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will result in forfeiting the deposit, and a new deposit must be placed.
- No-Shows – Missed appointments without notice will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit or full payment will be required to rebook.
- Emergency Situations – Emergencies are understood, and clients are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible so accommodations may be made.
